Hauling Requirements

• Completed Carrier Packet

• Valid MC or US DOT number

• Minimum $1 million auto liability insurance

• Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance policy

• Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)

• Completed W-9

*FOR INTERMODAL you must be registered with the UIIA, have a SCAC code, and TWIC card.

Payment Information

• Quick-pay options:  Next Day 5% + $5 ACH fee (

  both options are excluding major government holidays

  ) ****ONLY ON SELECT LOADS  allow 15 -28 day processing for all others******

• Direct deposit  available

• Signed bill of lading (BOL)

• Invoice displaying the load number

• GPS Signed Rate Confirmation

• Lumper receipts (if any)

• All additional paperwork associated with the load
