• Completed GPS Carrier Packet

• Copy of license/CDL

• Valid MC or US DOT number ***if applicable

• Minimum $1 million auto liability insurance ***exemptions may apply

• Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance policy

• Reefer Breakdown on insurance certificate (if applicable)

• Completed W-9

• Auto Trailer 

• Box Truck

Payment Information​

• Direct deposit  available

• Get paid every Friday or 1st and 15th

• Signed bill of lading (BOL)

• Invoice displaying the load number

• 3-5 before and after pictures

• GPS Signed Rate Confirmation

• Receipts (if any)

• All additional paperwork associated with the load

• All paperwork due within 1-48 hours of load drop off
